Microsoft will adhere to EU probe regarding browser choice

Hmm, ok so Microsoft is still being investigated for having a "monopoly", but Apple can sue everybody else to maintain their monopoly in the smartphone world... I know it's not such a simple apples to apples (excuse the pun) comparison, but still it's the same concept. Apple is allowed to further their monopoly while others (not only MS) are being investigated for their strong market positions.
