Microsoft xCloud coming to Android next month

Microsoft opened registrations for its Project xCloud game streaming service to applicants in the US, UK, and South Korea today.

The company will send out invitations to participate in the platform's public preview programme to a select few during a trial period in October.

Guys will RAM be important factor or no LTE is the important factor because of better uploading speed?
I ask because even entry level 2019 smartphones support latest Android OS and Bluetooth 4, but RAM is 1GB or 512MB.
