Microsoft needs to do something drastic. Like producing a R1000 nokia/microsoft co-branded full touchscreen phone that doesn't suck. Sell it at cost or below if you have to.

Nokia and Microsoft needs to get penetration into the current feature phone market, only then will demand for the higher end products grow
