Microsoft's love affair with Linux deepens

Hell must be getting chilly. Microsoft is no longer just supporting Linux as Hyper-V virtual machines (VM) and Azure clouds, the Redmond giant is producing its very own Linux "distribution" -- Azure Cloud Switch (ACS) .

In recent times they've had a very open and friendly stance toward Linux.

The term love affair is just sensationalist bull****, but the thing is unlike recent years of being sworn enemies they can now have an amicable discussion over coffee.

If they release Microsft Office for Linux, then I'll believe the "love affair". Until then, it's just a case of them using what they need from Linux to rake in a truckload more cash. They do seem to be making love to Apple though.

I have it on my Nexus 6, iPad Air, MacBook Air, Windows desktop but not on my Ubuntu desktop. I don't think it's high on their list of priorities.
