Mid-month top up gone?

So it's the 18th and we did not get our Mid-month top up on the 15th.

Posting from my phone as I cannot get into our account details on iBurst's website to check what is happening due to some XML file error.

Where is our top up for our Max25+ package?
 
And the XML error happens on my phone as well.

Thanks iBurst.............how the hell am I supposed to get work done today if I cannot login to buy bandwidth on the website?
 
I also managed to buy bandwidth finally. After struggling since last night.
I did phone the "Help" desk half an hour before the website worked again and got told "The wesite is working" and the call ended.

Pathetic to just end a paying customer's call. Oh well, nothing new....
 
So if you were getting mid month top up, does it mean you are still paying the inflated rate of the previous packages?
