Mid range phone required

There do not appear to be many mobile phones using Ice Cream Sandwich. Even the promised upgrades don't seem to be materialising!
I need a new phone but want to wait for ICS.
What decent mid range phone is out there while I wait? Most reviews are all on top of the range equipment!

Any of the 2011 SE Xperia's will get it officially eventually. So the Ray for instance would be an option.
