ShopDirect is the largest online storefront provider in South Africa. We have been designing and developing eCommerce websites for over six years. We are based in Noordhoek at the Noordhoek Farm Village, nestled in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Western Cape.
We are looking for a mid- to senior-level developer who can fit into and enhance our existing development team. Salary will be market- and experience-related.
Skills and experience required:
• 5 years or above VB/C# skills
• MS SQL 2005 – 2012; solid SQL skills and architectural database knowledge
• Asp.net 3.5 – 4.5
• Excellent business to system analytical skills
• Experience in architecting enterprise systems
Advantageous:
• JQuery
• MVC4
• RAZOR
• Entity framework
• Workflow foundation methodologies
Personal characteristics required:
• Attention to detail
• Leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a team or on your own
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Reliability
