Anyone know what's up with the neotel in midrand at the moment. I haven't been able to connect since thursday.
I get error 691: remote connection denied cos of username and password, or auth protocol is not permitted on remote access server.

The callcentre said something about it being escalated and technicians having a look, but to be honest I can't hear what they say half the time cos the voice quality is so bad
Any news would be great

Somehow this is no longer a problem. Spoke to someone at the call centre today that suggested instead of checking username and password on the connection (like I had done a million times!), I should delete it and make a new one. This work straight away. No clue how that could happen... anyway... back to internets...
