Just wondering if anyone else has migrated a line/switched ISPs on Frogfoot?
I was with Web Africa until the end of April and I'm switching to Cool Ideas. Unfortunately it apparently takes 1 week for Frogfoot to migrate the line after the original ISP released it. So in my case my data account with Web Africa ended on the 1st of May, and (due to a WA issue) the line was only handed over on the 8th. So I've effictively been without internet from the beginning of May, still waiting for the line migration to Cool Ideas to be completed. (I don't think this is a Cool Ideas issue, ultimately this process is managed by the fibre infrastructure provider I'd imagine)
Anyone else have any experience with switching ISPs (data and line) on Frogfoot? I've heard with other fibre providers, like Vumatel, it is actually quick/easy?
