Migrating ADSL / DSL

MIL is moving from Plett back 2 Pta, now the place she is moving to already has an Active DSL Line, does this line need to be cancelled with Telkom before transferring her Mweb line and data combo or can it just be transferred ?

Hi. I understand that the ISP will do all the work of migrating. Telkom should automatically not charge you once your line has been migrated. Rather confirm with Mweb.
