I've set up my Afrihost Fibre and asked my current line to be migrated. I was sent an email from Afrihost saying Telkom was still using the line and the migration couldn't be completed. Telkom has since confirmed they've released it. The email I received from Afrihost said to contact someone to see about completing the migration - but it was sent from a noreply email.
Who can I contact to take up this matter?
