Migrating Frogfoot to Afrihost - Installation charge?

I would like to migrate my Frogfoot connection to you. On your website I see this:
  • Any Frogfoot signup will be charged R997.00 for installation, payable during sign up of Fibre line.

Going through the signup pages, I see this charge is added to the bill.
Will I be charge R997 even if I have a Frogfoot line already installed?

Morning,

We do not charge for migration. During the checkout process there will be 2 options. New Installation or Migrate my existing installation.

If you choose migrate you will not be charged the R997 installation fee.
 
With Frogfoot's double the line promotion:
I have a 100Mbps line at the moment (upgraded to 200mbps) but would like to get a 50Mbps line and (upgrade to 100Mbps), all at the same price? Would this be possible?

Yes so the key is to select the speed lower than what you actually want because downgrading/upgrading at any time removes this promo.

If you are happy with 100/100 then signup for 50/50 and that will be double automatically on Frogfoot side if you are in an area that is covered by the promotion.

I want to migrate to you and downgrade to a 20Mbps line with 50Mbps speed.

How do I do that?

When you migrate it's a new order so the current speed you have would not have any bearing on what you order with us.

If you order 20/20 it will be activated as 50/50. If you order 50/50 with us it will be activated as 100/100.
