I want Afrihost to manage my line and data cap. Looking for feedback from anyone who has made the move from having a Telkom Simple package to their line with Afrihost. What is the best procedure?
Should I downgrade my Telkom package to a telephone line with the DSL service and no cap and then sign up with Afrihost for them to migrate it across - my worry with this option is that Telkom could carry on billing once Afrihost "owns" the line and starts billing me resulting in 2 bills until I can sort things out accounts wise?
Option B is to kill all Telkom services apart from the analogue line and then sign up with Afrihost and they will then have the line re-DSL enabled.
Anyone got tips or tricks to make this smooth?
