Migrating from WebAfrica

Hi,

After dismal service and a headache trying to cancel my Fibre (OpenServe) with WebAfrica, I think its cancelled now... I've signed up for the PureFibre (OpenServe) and provided the B number etc.
The package is saying processing with a line installation is needed... I'm hoping that's just a generic message!

Would appreciate some extra eyes on it to make sure it goes smoothly please :cool:
Or to know if there's a problem still that I need to fight some more with WebAfrica!

Hi,

Yes i would like to take a look. Openserve does not suspend the fibre line when it's in the holding pool so the migration would be really quick.
