Migrating specific data from one disc to another..

I need some help and advice please.
I have Vista on a HDD and have just fitted another in my rig so that I can format the first..

Ive managed to save and transfer my .pst files from outlook but now need to save and migrate my firefox settings..Can this be done ?
Id realy like to go to the new disc,open firefox and have the excact same everything I had on HDD number one.

Both HDD are in one puter..
Help ?
