Short version:

1 December: VOX do not release the ONT back to FrogFoot so migration cannot happen. I spend the day being bounced around by VOX customer service.

2 December: VOX release the line. Cool Ideas confirm they will activate by the end of the day.

16:50: Finally get log on details and test via PC to ONT dial-up (PPPoE).

Linespeed has been provisioned incorrectly:

Running at (slightly less than) 100/100 instead of 200/200 which was ordered.

@PBCool please assist this has been very frustrating.

The ping is also much higher to CT than I was led to believe. My understanding is CISP clients are on approx. 11-12ms latency to CT.

Somebody must have flicked the right switch.

Now on 200/200.

Good to be party of the CISP family.

This speed test indicate that one of the network ports might have been at 100Mbps instead of 1Gbps Full duplex.
