Hey guys.
Was just curious as to how long it takes for them to upgrade my line from 4mbps to 20mbps.
I applied for the upgrade on the 19th and they told me to pay a deposit??? So anyway i paid the deposit immediately.
Phoned them back and they said "its done on our side" and "it will take up to 48hrs" i dont want to sound like a douche or anything but i was kinda hoping my line would be on 20mbps now
and I also wont say the lady's name coz Im pretty sure it aint her fault either.
How long do these upgrades normally take?
