Mikrotik help

Hi Guys need some help , im running ubiquit's in my wireless network, just added a mikrotik router to handle throttling and capping users at 10 gigs but I dont know how , can anyone post me a mikrotik script to do that or could anyone guide me where I could get some training, using router os 6.5.

Ive found his posts and howto's to be amazing!

Edit: Limiting the speed is easy peasy, capping at 10 gigs im not too sure.

Edit2: Search his posts for setting up RADIUS.
