MTS on OpenServe ( SomersetWest - CPT area )
I have been having endless problems with Mind the Speed the last month, randomly at night during 18:00 - 23:00 I will get 100% packet loss to all traffic going outside of our borders...
I have logged tickets and given countless tracerts and ping captures showing the packet loss to different sites and services, all occurring at the same time.
I'm sadly tired of working with support further,
Is there anyone having similar issues?, I'm lucky enough to have two fiber connections at home and my other ISP via frogfoot is working perfectly with 0% drop during the same times on the same services...
I have been with MTS for years now and sadly my trust has been broken but I'm still trying to support them as they have been there for me in the past.
