Mini-PCI 3G HSDPA options?

I'm looking into buying a new laptop, but would Really like a laptop with built in 3G. I've seen a few models from various vendors, but they tend to be very expensive.

Is there an alternative using a Mini-PCI card that could work? I'm thinking along the lines of buying for example a Toshiba laptop and putting an internal antenna into the casing?

PS: any good place to buy Mini-PCI cards such as GPS?

Built-in 3G in notebooks are not "mini-pci cards" but "PCI-express mini-cards", a considerable difference. There are no 3G "mini-pci cards" that I know of nor any GPS "PCI-express mini-cards". An alternative would be a PCI-express PCCARD but that would defeat the purpose of wanting a built-in device.
