Hi there guys

Does anyone know of someone that sells Memory Cards, especially Mini-, Micro-SD and SD cards at a good price.

I'm in the Cape Town area. Bellville, Brackenfell, Durbanville, Goodwood, Parow.etc....

I use to but my supplier liquidated (thanks memory wizard) no i have to get from Pinnicle prices are not to bad tho.

Yes, I'm going to use the 1GB memory card that comes with the N95 in my Digital Camera and put the 2GB in my N95.

I've got a few 1GB cards that I use with my digital camera. I'm only going to use the N95's camera feature when I don't have my camera with me.

But for taking real high quality phots of great moments I'd rather use my Digital camera.

Panasonic FZ50. 10MP, 12x Optical Zoom, and all the other stuff you need to take excellent photos.:D
 
Just saw today, 4GB SDHC Memory Cards for R599. Wonder if we will get those in microSD as well.

That would be great. 8GB is on it's way. That 4GB SDHC will work wonders in my Digital Camera. Should get about 750 photos on there.;)
 
Found a good seller on Bid Or Buy who has a whole selection of large (8GB) cards, some make called Integral, looked them up, seem okay .. Whats the going rate for a 8Gb MicroSDHC, web says about R400 ?

Nice bump there, Prices have dropped quite a bit since 2007...

A-Data 8GB microSDHC Class 6 ones go for about R375.00, but the Transcend 8GB SDHC Class 6 go for as low as R225! Shop around a bit, you might even get a better deal somewhere else.

Edit: But I assume you're going to use it for your phone, hence the microSD might work out better for you?

I know not in the area you're looking for but for price I bought a Kingston 8GB Class 6 SDHC card in East London a few weeks back for R199 at a small local camera shop
