Minimum speed limit

Is there a minimum speed limit? For some reason I was under the impression that authorities don't trap at less than 60km/h...

Someone I know got a fine for doing 64 km/h in a 50 km/h zone, hence the question...

They legally trap in the Kruger and the speed limit there is 50. Stop your impressions and go look up the laws

Yes I know about those, I was referring to whether or not there is a lowest speed limit at which authorities trap at...

Read through a bit of the laws and see no lowest speed for speed limit enforcement mentioned.

Oh, and tell that someone to obey the speed limits.

I think there's a thread on here where someone got fined for speeding in a complex, they have 5 or 10km/h limits.

You'd have to ride the clutch to go at 5km/h
