Has anyone else had problems when ordering from Miphones.co.za as I placed an order and the items received were not what was ordered and the screen protectors looked like they were used, I contacted them and was told new items had been delivered and now 6 weeks later still nothing, I have asked for a refund and am also getting the run around,
Just a quick heads up in case anyone else gets caught out

a couple of other people have they're two separate forums about it on this website
but I'd generally suggest being very cautious about ordering from them
try connecteddevices.co.za
much better reviews on hello peter and trusted shops...they also have a physical address and multiple ways to get in contact with them

I'm still in the middle of a terrible experience from Miphones. I realise the globe and China are Corona-crazy right now but I have never experienced such horrible service from any company in my life. Getting information out of them is nigh impossible and when you do get a reply it is only half an answered question. My most recent email reply has been that they have tried to call me and I don't pick up my phone. What a joke. The last few times I have used this company in 2017 and 2018 they were great, now I don't know what's happened to them.

Ordered from miphones.co.za in early May, no delivery as yet. I believe I am being scammed. Only generic replies from my first query. My email requesting a refund went unanswered. Considering opening a case of theft. Does anyone know if a case can be opened with Shopify? Technology ages quickly, no point in getting a phone a year later.
