Yes, i agree that it would be a difficult one today for Manuel to satisfy everybody.
Hopefully he will ,like in the past, be able to balance the books,give relief where it is needed and set money aside to improve infrastructure.

I do not drink, but i do smoke.
I told my wife i will quit when Camel gets to R20 a packet.
Price now is R18.80. per pack.
Think i am quitting today.

I tried rolling my own,but that stuff is almost as vile as "rond kyk twak"
I honestly do not know what to do.
I am waiting in anticipation.
