Hey all,
I got a friend who also uses adsl at work and he tells me that he's been downloading heaps from mirc bots, and that he's never gone over his cap, is it possible then that this type of traffic is for some or other reason not counted towards the cap? Maybe cos u connect to the mirc server and it acts as a proxy between u and the person you are downloading from?
would be good news if this was so. [:D]

All Mirc traffic is included in your usage.

If he is using local servers then he will not feel the cap once he has been capped
