MIS Analyst

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Downloading Data, Manage Data, Order Data, Data Extraction and Analysis, Allocation of Leads and Reporting.
The successful individual will be required to but not limited to the following key outputs:
• Draw data from systems and do analysis on information retrieved
• Ad hoc reporting on information retrieved and analysed
• Create regular information reports to be presented to management
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting function
• Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct data
• In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
• Work hand in hand to with data providers to hone data profiles and effective ROI and report thereof
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Acquire and abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources
• Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Previous data analyst experience
• Ability to manage staff based on analysed data
