I need help. Our decoder had a yellow light showing with a green and red light flashing constantly and ther is just no signal whatso evr. Tried to reser, doesnt want to. What to do?

Its a dsd 3 u decoder.

Open settings and see if you have any mail messages if one is unread, read it.

Or hold in the power button on the decoder for 60sec. It will make three beep sounds. And see if it works.
