Miss payment


If you need to get re-activated there is a few things that needs to be in place.

Account is required to be up to date and paid for any outstanding invoices, how to do this is log into you dashboard on the website https://www.rain.co.za and make payment if outstanding balance owed.

Chat to one of our agents to then ask them activate your service, you will be required to conduct a verification regarding your personal details that you registered with, upon verification passed the agent will activate the service.


Your rain service could have been suspended for the following reasons:

  1. We were unable to process the payment for your monthly invoice. To reconnect, simply sign in to your rain dashboard, select ‘pay now’ and we’ll have you back up and running as soon as the payment has cleared.
