Missed payment

Hi..Did any of you guys receive a mail from Rain saying that you missed a payment and your service will be cut off at 4pm?
I gave them a call and although they admitted that the fault is on their side, there is nothing they seem be able to do about it.,

All other payments went thought, and I have enough funds in my account for the payment to go through.
 
How do I do that. There is no other option on their website except credit and debit card
 
Also experiencing this, suddenly my Rain sim can't connect. I'll wait for 4pm to make a manual payment.
 
Same email but my card is linked like always and funds are available.... :unsure:
 
How do you make payment manually?

When you log in. It will show that your line is suspended. There will be a pay now option. Enter card details and click pay. You can't pay now because the line is not suspended yet.
 
Mine went through with no issues. Maybe it has to do with the type of card
 
I swear Im going to their offices tomorrow morning and sort this **** out. Im just around the corner from them in Cape Town
 
Loading now but service is not suspended as they claimed in the email... Awww well lets see.

Anyone actually got debited?
They have not debited me for September (or should I say August ?) But the dashboard does not show suspended and my internet is still working :)
 
My debit went off, wanted to also find out has there ever been any info on the dam e-Sim from them ? im pretty sure that was meant to come out in May this year ?

Is vodacom halting them from doing it ?

Well looks like it's finally suspended. Can't make a manual payment though.... Can't click on anything. WTF. Rain really screwed me this month.
