Missing Access Code

I had a ten hour trial trilogy,disk for guild wars. I liked it so much I quit wow and bought factions. Opened the game up today and come to find out I need an access code to be able to play. But, my game didnt come with any sort of access code. Ive heard the code should have come in a small envelope or a scratch off sheet. Since I got neither what do I do?:mad:
 
Look all arounf the box mabey its in a manual?

you could take it back?
 
It should be on a plastic "credit card" type card. If it is not there take it back and get a new copy.
 
Yeah I did end up taking it back. Since it was opened they exchanged it for an identical one, which had the code this time. Thank you to all who respomded.

hehe, just stay away from arm braces, else you could permanently not be able to get into your account :D
