Missing Apps WP8 Store?

Wonder why the Adobe Reader 10.1 is missing from WP8 Store and only available on MS Win Phone Apps Site? WP Central stated it is now updated to WP8 platform store. I have tried changing my store search country but this one is still missing in action. Anybody else experience the same?

I think there is a bit of a delay before some apps hit the SA store. I saw Angry Birds Star Wars being shown a few days ago, but it only popped up in the store yesterday.
