Missing data & sms's on U Choose Smart S

I upgraded on 17 Jan to a Galaxy S4 Active on U Choose Smart S. At 0:15 01 Feb '14 (new contract active) I had 2min 25 sec airtime and 0 MB data & 0 sms's. At 09:00 I had 77 min 25 sec Airtime and still no data & sms's.

According to the Vodacom4U shop where I upgraded, Vodacom's system is offline.

More info would be nice.
 
Having exactly the same problem my side - pretty upsetting. Is this going to correct itself automatically?
 
Phoning CC after I have done what I have to do. Last time I phoned Vodacom CC it took almost 1 hour before a consultant helped me.
 
hellomweb, have a look at Airtime balance on your "My Vodacom App" or Vodacom website.
