Hello chaps 
I left my pc on with IDM merrily dloading last night only to find that the dloads stopped sometime in the early hours of the morning. The connection was still alive but I could not open any web pages, this was @ 7am. Everything was switched off.
I attempted a connection @ 5 this afternoon and I got the error 633 code, called the call centre and was advised that I must re-install drivers
. I did this and lo and behold alles works fine
. I really felt like a noob
, the port code was the obvious 'port of call' so to speak
. So full marks to the Neotel technical department for identifying the problem with no tooth extraction exercise at all.
I'm baffled though as to how the drivers can just disappear, I've got Bitdefender 2010 Total Security whcih scans @ 8pm every day and there were no suspect files found
