Hi guys,
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this... I've got to upload supporting documents
for a Smart ID and Passport application with Home Affairs.
Viewing the Upload Documents step in the wizard, it doesn't show the File Upload form...
Doing a Developer Tools inspection, it shows there is indeed a File Upload form but it's hidden
due to whatever logic they have hiding it.
It's rather disconcerting (what isn't disconcerting about Home Affairs...), I want to avoid having to
go in to a branch as last time I did, I had to wait 7 hours. You know how this crap goes ...
Tried calling the helpline but I get "This subscriber isn't operational" or some nonsense.
This is what I see:
Current status of the application is: Application Pended - Outstanding Supporting Documents
I would think this state would enable the form controls to upload documents ..
