Mixed-up Power Plug

I somehow managed to mix my Neotel transformer in the box with all my other unused ones and dont remember which one it was.

Can someone please check theirs and let me know what the output voltage is? Its the Prime Phone device.

seriously someone please just lean over the side of your desk and tell me how part that says "Output Voltage" finishes on the transformer plugged into the neotel device...
