MM1/2 Volume Issue

I have an issue with volume on these channels. Both don't respond to volume commands. They maintain the same volume level & don't reduce/increase or even mute. I reset the DSD1110 to factory defaults, reset from the front, re-scanned & then pulled power; but still won't budge.

Anyone seen this & maybe have a solution? The problem started when I reset ch 303's volume (which would always start in mute whenever I jumped there).

I've experienced this if the movie is being broadcast in Dolby Digital. If you push your language button on the remote it will have three options. The last option is to turn dolby on or off. Once off, you gain control of the volume.

I don't really have an issue with this as I control the volume via my AV receiver.
