Contract customers can contact their Service Provider to activate an MMS Bundle subscription or buy a Once-off MMS Bundle.
Top Up customers
MMS Bundle subscription
Top Up customers can contact their Service Provider to activate an MMS Bundle subscription or to buy a Once-off MMS Bundle.
Once-off MMS Bundle
Top Up customers can buy a Once-off MMS Bundle by using the following self-service channels:
• Dial *111# (FREE from a Vodacom cellphone).
• Select ‘Bundle Purchases’.
• Select ‘MMS Bundles’.
• Select ‘25, 50 or 100 MMS Bundle’.
• Confirm your purchase.
• The MMS Bundle of their choice will be automatically loaded and the associated amount deducted from their Vodacom Top Up airtime.
or
• Send an SMS with the following wording ‘MMS xxx’ to 100 (FREE), where xxx indicates the required bundle size to be bought, for example to buy a 50 MMS Bundle, send ‘MMS 50’ via SMS to 100 (FREE).
• The selected MMS Bundle will be automatically loaded.
• The MMS Bundle purchase will be deducted from the customer’s Vodacom Top Up airtime.
