Every time somebody sends me an MMS I get the message:

When I go to the link, I can find nothing remotely assciated with viewing an MMS, or entering a message ID. I've gone through the motions of downloading the MMS setup. I've just tried that again, but now I have one MMS that I can't access. Anyone able to help?
