MMS MTN International

Hallo all! I hope someone can help as have had no joy from MTN support! I am trying to send MMS messages to a German Cell phone, it states they have been delivered but never arrive at the destination (I have tried different German providers and mobile phones are set up and receiving from other destinations) On asking at MTN i was told that the messages had to be less than 70kb, so after processing the picture on my laptop and reducing to 60Kbs I then try to send on my cellphone, but as yet no MMS has arrived at the destination numbers! anybody able to offer advice! my daughter lives in Germany and would really be nice to send her some photos!

You can not send international MMS from SA to outside the world. There is no international links between countries.

then why dont MTN say this! instead of leading me on a wild goose chase about the size of the photo etc! and how can my colleague send them via vodacom to the UK? is it provider dependant? or country dependant! or is it just because i am on prepaid? sorry am new to SA
