MMS ussd code

I've used the ussd code for this service.
I get a sms telling me the settings will be sent to me and I must save them

When they do arrive via sms I save them but I still cannot download an MMS?

It's an LG phone.

Yes loaded with 200 sms and 2gb data
R200 airtime.

Just did that.
Also switched on Wi-Fi.
Now it works

We see how long this setup lasts.
Did all the above previously and it worked till I wanted to download more MMS's.
