Mnet or DSTV?

Hi guys,

Please can i ask u guys for advice on whether i should get mnet or dstv. I have always wanted to watch sometime other than SABC at home, and i think its time to diversify my tv choices. I have been looking at the dstv compact for R199 per month, it seems like a reasonable deal, but after looking at the channels that i will be getting, there doesn't seem to be a lot to watch...do u think mnet is better than dstv compact?
Also has DSTV reduce their monthly cost? i saw a poster above the highway by eastgate. It says something about R300 per month? is this true?

I'd go for the DSTV compact if you have those options available. Mnet on its own is too expensive.

Mnet is the best channel on DSTV, I would say that, or the full package, as with the compact ones I don't think you get MNET.

Honestly not a bad idea.
We only watch Discovery channel, SkyNews and Supersport on DSTV... and still pay the ghastly ~R450 per month.
