My decoder for mnet, is flashing at 1, I'm in cape town and i can't get through to 508 2222 number for technical assistance.

DSTV works fine but i don't want to miss nip tuck!

any ideas?

yea had the same **** happened the other day when Collateral was on except it was always flashing 4 with both lights coming on. i dont know why they have to remove mnet from the dtsv boquet if u opt to leave the decoder connected. at least it would serve as a backup when things like this happen. and knowing multichoice they'll probably make us pay extra if we want it on dstv as well

the call centers are only open to 19:00, anyway this is so typical! maybe i should throw the decoder away and get a dual view and then have mnet included in the bundle!

AFAIK a flashing 1 meeds to be reset from Multichoices side, so best give em a call.

The reason you can't have MNet on your MNet decoder and DStv is very simple. You could rent out the MNet decoder and make a profit from it.

I had a problem like this a couple of weeks ago and tried the cape town call center but could not get a support consultant so i phoned the johannesburg call center and was sorted in a couple of minutes.
