Finally popped my Telkom prepaid sim into an old phone I have to check what bundles I have available and it totally blows to say the least. Do they change on a daily basis?

I've had the same deals for ~4 weeks now.

Just a heads up the new 1GB whatsapp bundle for R15 has bug where no matter what website you visit it uses the 1GB whatsapp bundle. Basically mean 1GB for R15 for game, download, speedtest ect. SO get it while it's hot before they fix it.

Okay for those like myself that get very sh** offers. The LIT music, LIT Soccer and LIT video bundles has the same issue. I think the Carrier Grade NAT is playing nice.


Ohh and 2 of my prepaid simcards got the R59 for 450GB night surfer data bundles. Loaded 2 and used like 170GB just last night on LTE-A.

Well I'm hogging both networks now. Joined Rain and Telkom with Dispatch Proxy.

Finally got new offers... And this sim has a night data unlike the other sim.

Still amazes me how "varied" these data options are on Telkom. I must admit, I enjoyed the 500g night bundle while it lasted. I've only been offered the 450g bundle once on the day my 500g expired however I buy the daily night bundle, R5 for 5g, which is kinda ok, for now, would still prefer the monthly 450g though, loading daily bundles is time consuming as well.

Perhaps different bundles have different rules..
