Just wanted to kick up this thread again. Telkom is useless sometimes.

I found the sweet spot was R115 for 10gb for 30 days.

12 GB for 14 days is a bit dumb IMO

Still nothing for me. I ordered myself a rain sim this morning. I've gotten way to used to the cheap mo-nice data and now I get nothing.

Some Telkom Exec got too greedy. what towers do Rain use? I recently found there is my area has been added to the coverage map which towers do they use?

Rain uses their own network and towers. They might share a physical tower with other networks but still have their own antenna and equipment on the shared tower.

Yeah, I can't wait for my rain Sim to come. I've still got no offers on both sims.

Random is now the key word. The one Telkom SIM that we use a lot now says "There are currently no special offers assigned to this number", whilst the other SIM that's rarely used still has the Mo Nice offers.

I'll pick up 5 more Sims this week and see what deals I get on them. If non are good I'll try Rain
