Mo Nice deals.

On another note, got my sis a sim been a month she still hasn't received any deals after buying airtime & normal data.
Bought 2 Sims at local store rica'd with details suck out of air. 2 days later they get deals after only using R10.
How does this selection process work?

Id like to know too. Same with me, bought two sims, one already had mo nice deals out of the box and the other had nothing. Both purchased together.
 
FFS now they offering me15GB at R171 :(. I literally haven't put airtime in my phone for the past 2.5 months and haven't bought a bundle hoping they would lower their offers
 
I just registered to mourn how dirty Telkom did me, and needed to vent. I have been with Telkom for a while, hoping to get the 450GB, finally I got it by Monday. When I try to buy it, Monice started having problem, called the customer care, been told that most people are having problems and they are fixing it. Today when Telkom has fixed Monice, I get crappy deals without the 450GB. Yesterday the 450GB was there but because of their technical problems they couldn't fix it. Now my 450GB is gone. I am so damn annoyed right now.

That sucks! how exactly did you manage to get it? we've all been trying to no avail. Also what was the problem mo nice was having?
 
Still not bad, been noticing an increase of data use lately though. Wondering if it's the case for everyone else?

I recently registered 5 new SIM cards in an attempt to enable the Mo'Nice Deals. I have found that the Mo'Nice Deals only become available 1 or 2 days after the SIM card has been activated. On activation I would get a message that there were no special deals attached to this number after dialling *123#. Two days later the same Mo'Nice deals appeared on all five SIM cards. No airtime was loaded onto any of the SIM cards to enable the deals.

Data offers
50MB Allnet R2 (1 day)
1GB Allnet R47 (14 days)
2GB Telkom R24 (7 days)
500MB Telkom R7-70 (5 days)

Voice offers
25 Telkom mins R2-50 (10 days)
50 All network mins R21 (10 days)
15 All network mins R6-40 (7 days)
10 All network mins R4-25 (5 days)

There are also Plan Info and Rewards-For-Me options available. If you opt in to the Rewards-For-Me option (not sure whether this is free or not) and you spend R2 or more you get a reward the following day. I have not tried this.

Two of the SIM cards were bought at Checkers and the other three were from a Telkom shop. One of the SIM cards from the Telkom shop was a Data Only SIM while the other two were both Voice and Data SIMs.

@HerZeLeiD: Have you always had that 450GB offer or did you get that on a new SIM? It seems to be very scarce these days!
 
I've had that 450GB for over a year now and only used it twice.

Been making good use of these bundles both daily and the nighttime, still wish I could get the previous bundles back, this R15 for 1GB a day is not nearly as good a deal as it used to be.

The best I can manage seems to be around 20Gb a night, the phone I have consumes more power that the battery can provide whilst on charge so it dies after a couple of hours, otherwise I think 50Gb will be manageable.
