Yes. Apparently have to port to another network. Then port back. 60 days minimum. Alternatively buy another TM simcard.

But interestingly I've never changed my Smart Broadband plan, and I can see and buy the 450GB.

Last time I checked you were able to switch to another tarrif plan when the 500GB deal ended.

Yeah I always thought you could switch to any tariff you want, but only once every 30 days. This is news to me.

Sad thing is that I can't buy more than 2 of the 5 Gig deals per night. Didn't they promise us a GOOD replacement for the 500 Gig bundle?

okay so can anybody confirm the circumstances in which they DO have the 450gb option?

I'm on smart broadband, have never seen the option, will report back after my 500gb bundle expires in a few days, and then i'll try change to normal prepaid again, if that goes through the 450gb shows, if not i'll try buying a new fresh sim.
