5gig is done in 30mins ...not bad for few movies and series
So I tweeted Telkom and they actually replied... Apparently this Mo'nice deal is only for selected customers... sucks to be me... I've been using their 500gb package for the last couple of months and now they do me like this.
its probably not only linked to how much you recharge with, but also how busy your tower is?
im thinking maybe its only available to those that had previously purchased the 500gb for R50 package at least once. As i see a lot of people who have got new sim cards are not finding the offer available to them.
I purchased this 500gb thing on and off for a while now, most I used of it was maybe 150gb, as well as other topup data to my 100/100 smartbroadband contract for normal daytime use.
I have no 480 available for me.
Telkom does not value me as a customer clearly. No'nice
edit: Can the mybroadband reporters not perhaps ask Telkom about this, and how they decide if someone is worthy or not of their deals?
