Hi.

My Kid was playing with her Phone then, she can't hear and be hear when she answer's or making a call... there is headset's icon on the screen, please assist remove the icon please.

Happened quite a few times with me. Trust me, its spit stuck in the earphone port. Try and dry/clean it out with a bit a TP.
