Mobicell REBEL security code

Hi all,

cant find lots of info on Mobicell website, and XDA Devs draws a blank,
so I thought to ask here,

somebody managed to lock out the PPA (personal protection code) of this phone,
mobicell rebel,

how would one remove this/reflash this or enter the recovery mode to clear it out,
tried entering recovery mode and found it said "no command" when I tried to enter it.

dont want to visit the Pakistanis/mobicell, if its something simple.

Tried doing a wipe/factory reset in the recovery mode?

cant even enter recovery mode, says no command,
and no options shown.

That is strange, I've never seen it showing 'no command' in recovery mode.

Tried following this guide?

Maybe recovery mode has a menu within a menu
