Hi all

We are a start-up company looking for high quality app as well as website design.

The basic premise of the app is that it will need to facilitate bank payments in South Africa. The app will need to facilitate many payments, as well as scale quickly if needed.

Would anyone out there know of any great mobile/ web design agencies of a high calibre that I could reach out to? Or just any suggestions in general.

You should be looking at guys from Ukraine or India. As I have learnt, there are a whole bunch of great app and website developers there and their cost is very reasonable. You can as well hit this place and find some of the developers and contact them directly.
